• All orders within the Continental USA will be shipped via UPS Ground.  Please allow 5-10 days for shipping time.
  • Neighbor Island shipments are sent via UPS Next Day Air.
  • Orders delivered within the State of Hawaii will be charged a 4.5% tax.

  • Orders are shipped on business days only.  Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States.

At checkout, your total shipping charges will automatically compute to complete your order.

Generally, you will have the option of upgrading your shipping method for faster delivery.  If you check upgrade your shipping method (UPS 2nd Day), your order must be received and clear credit authorization by 12:00 noon HST or your order may not be processed until the following business day.

    Shipping Information:

    Phone numbers and street address are required as we are unable to ship to P.O. Box addresses.  A current and accurate address is required.  Please be sure to include appropriate suite and or apartment numbers when necessary to ensure proper delivery.  Luxus International will not be responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address and/or rerouting fees.

    International Shipping:

    For international orders outside the United States please select “Intl. Priority Mail” from the Shipping Methods menu. We will process your order with using USPS Priority Mail 6-10 day service.
    * Minimum order amount for international orders is $60.00
    * Please contact us for shipping rates for orders weighing over 30 lbs.

    Damaged or Defective Items/Incorrect Orders:

    If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact Customer Service within 30 days of delivery at 1-808-682-2900.  Please supply the Associate with your order number, item number and tracking number, original confirmation by email.  The Associate will also need your e-mail address and phone number.   We may require a letter stating the number of items damaged, etc. via fax or mail for our files.   We will make every reasonable effort to replace the item in a timely manner and cover shipping charges if there was damage to the item due to shipping.

    If there is extensive damage to the carton, contact Customer Service immediately at www.personalparadise.com.  Please have your order number available when you contact Customer Service.

    Tracking Your Order:

    When can you track your order?

    Once a package ships, which may take up to ten business days, we will be able to track your shipments by checking the carrier’s tracking system.  However it may take up to 48 hours or longer.  That means even though your package already shipped from our warehouse and is on its way to you, the carrier may not be able to provide information about your package for up to 48 hours or more.

    Orders placed on www.personalparadise.com may be delivered by one of several different carrier shipping methods.  Therefore, tracking availability may vary depending on the shipping method selected during Checkout.
